Greens powder is a dry blend of plant ingredients designed to mix with water or another drink. Formulas vary widely, so the useful questions are practical: which ingredients are included, how much of each is present and what does the label direct you to do?
What is in Australian Daily Greens?

See the complete working list on our Ingredients & Doses page.
How do you use greens powder?
Empty one sachet into 300–500 mL cold water and shake or stir well. You can also blend it into a smoothie. Always follow the final directions and maximum daily intake printed on the pack.
Does it replace vegetables?
No. Greens powder is intended to supplement a varied diet, not replace whole vegetables, balanced meals or the texture and variety of whole foods.
